I am proud to announce that Divya "Kimi" Van Ness is now associated with this firm. Mrs. Van Ness is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law and Panjab University in India. She is a member of the Ramsey County Bar Association and the Minnesota Bar Association. She brings her expertise in the areas of Real Estate, Will and Estate Planning, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Personal Injury, and Corporate Law to our firm.

She is married to Kipp Van Ness and is the daughter-in-law of Nancy Livingston. She lives in the Como Park area with her husband. In her free time sho loves to travel and play tennis.
